The winless Chargers play their third road game in 4 weeks, last week was their bye, and it has been a month since they have played at home. The Browns have to win this game if they expect to be playing in January. They will be facing a desperate Charger team that hasn’t celebrated a victory since last season. These Chargers remind me of the 2000 squad that lost their first six games of the season SU then went on to cover 4 out of their next 5 match-ups. Any 0-4 SU team historically is very good ATS coming off a bye week.
